Stephanie Lacy, LCSW LMFT
Stephanie Lacy provides clinical services including psychosocial assessments, individual psychotherapy, marital therapy and family therapy. Her background in working with adults, couples, families, and high-performing leaders lends itself to an in-depth understanding of the complexities of integrating and delivering on the multiple roles most people juggle on a daily basis.
She also offers professional coaching, business and industry training and presentations, leveraging her extensive experience in psychotherapy, corporate wellbeing and performance, and the application of neuroscience to human behavior as a content creator, speaker, and facilitator for corporations across many industries.
She is experienced in working with Fortune 100 company leaders and employees in addressing stress and burnout, conflict and disengagement, and career ambiguity as well as enhancing trust, resilience, wellbeing, collaboration, engagement, and life satisfaction. She has extensive experience working with executives, people leaders, and employees as individuals, teams, and cross-functional groups to inspire, empower, and enable them to live intentionally and vibrantly.
Stephanie earned both her Masters Degree in Social Work and Bachelors Degree in Music Therapy from the University of Georgia. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Positive Intelligence Coach, and has experience utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including art and play therapy. She also recently completed an intensive certification in trauma science to be able to leverage that knowledge in the development of trauma-informed organizations, teams, and leaders.
Stephanie brings a unique blend of expertise and humility, an ability to create compassionate discomfort, and an authentic vulnerability to the works she does, all of which make her a sought after speaker and group facilitator. Her stories resonate across all walks of life because they reflect the inner desires and inner conflicts we have as human beings. Stephanie was born with a physical birth defect and has leveraged it to prove to herself that the human system is adaptable and capable in unimaginable ways. As an entrepreneur and business owner, Stephanie understands the relentless challenges that leaders face day after day all while managing the pressures of life outside of work.
She worked as a Performance Coach for the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute, an organization known for working with top performers worldwide in business and sports. Most recently, she was on the content development team at J&J Learn as a subject matter expert creating an internal program for employees on Emotional and Mental Agility. Stephanie is an avid yoga practitioner and is certified in yoga for children and teens. She enjoys playing piano, traveling, and leading workshops that include meditation and art journaling.
